Magnificent Santorini Bebika, 6. October 2019.7. September 2022. Sunset When everything falls into its place, the smallest problem is to pack a suitcase and go to Santorini for 4 days 🙂 Santorini is one of the most famous Greek islands, well known for its reverse letter “C” shape – one ancient volcano eruption blew away the other half of the island. Besides, Santorini has the most beautiful sunsets. That is why a lot of tourists visit this romantic island. One can look at stairway-shaped black rocks for a long time, and never feel bored. The best way to see the island is to travel across – that is why you need to drive, a motorcycle as many, as many others or get a car. Renting a car is not expensive and can help a great deal. Our apartment was far away from the beaches so we had to drive. But, we had a great view of the central part of the island and a phenomenal opportunity to stay in a place that used to be a winery – with all unusual additions like glass flor above the caves where wine was held. We spent our first day at black sand Perissa Beach with water so clean and fresh that we didn’t want to get out. There are lots of restaurants along the beach and we did like vegetarian Tranquilo the best. Tomorrow we went to Red Beach, which is hard to reach but still beautiful and unique. Those warm colours make you feel great. Red Beach Colours We used to walk along the edges of the island every night, trying to see it from different points and to remember as much beauty as we can. The colours of the flowers, sand, sky and houses got deep down in our memory. Every sunset had its charm no matter where we watched it. We enjoyed every second, every warm sunbeam and evening breeze. Many tourist guides can tell you all about Santorini’s sunsets. But, the best place to put and find them are your heart and mind. I did enjoy my four days on this magnificent island. I wish I could go back and enjoy it even more – every hot breath, every happy second, every breathtaking scene. [Serija slika (slideshow)] English Blog GreeceislandSantorinitravel
